Checking in-it has been a while...

I thought I would drop a note into my online journal blog-it has been months! Some updates: musically right now I am leading worship at Renewal Church in Wildomar (www.renewalchurch.us).
It is an awesome place -we have church in a warehouse! The band is growing and getting better each week, and it is a really great thing to sing music for the Lord. That's what music has always been about for me anyway-creating something that helps others make it through-music can do that. I think that is why God made it.

We formed Team Hartline, LLC (www.teamhartline.com), with Pam Bashor and Gary Sharman. Things have been going well for us, and now that the preliminary things are over like designing our logo, and company paperwork, biz cards, signs, etc, we are excited to be digging in and selling some houses. Now that home prices are so low because of foreclosures, a lot of people are jumping in and buying.

I am also doing the news once a week, the "real estate update" which is a lot of fun, and the "Inland Empire Real Estate Today" show is going into it's 5th episode which is great. My company "Virtuoo" (www.virtuoo.com) produces the videos and Nils Geisse is a great friend of mine now who has a lot of experience with video. He and I are working on a movie which will be debuted in 2 theaters in the Inland Empire called "The Offices", a spoof about real estate written and directed by a Realtor named Ellen Watkins and sponsored by Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors. Proceeds from the sale of tickets goes to area high schools for scholarships.

Also me and Joanie just celebrated our 2nd marriage anniversary. She just finished up the school year at Bundy Canyon Christian School and is looking forward to the summer off. We have plans to go to Alabama in July to see my family and celebrate the 4th.

So that's it for now...
