Finally I will have my real estate broker's license in California! It's been a long, tough road but I am completely independent to conduct real esate business. AHH a sigh of relief...
So the other day I checked out a really cool place in Beverly Hills that serves excellent blackberry mojitos (my new favorite drink)-i's called Nineteen 12- and while there I met celebrities and got information for maybe performing at the Polo Lounge there! It would be so cool to do that before law school starts up in August. I really want to have a lot of fun this summer before 3 years of lock down begin haha...
If things work out, my Marine Corps buddy Blake C. will be flying out here at the end of the month and we are going to hit up the Hollywood spots and chill at the beach and catch up for his birthday. Then later in July I may be going to Nashville to meet up with Rod and Nick H., my bro-in-law and his bro, to do some singer-songwriter stuff and just do the Nashville thing a couple of days.
Also, now that I've got my broker's license I'm going to start looking into doing loans as well...I really want to invest in properties myself. No shady lender stuff-I'll do a good job don't worry. Besides that, I was hoping to get the reality show off the ground "Realtors by Day, Musicians by Night", but we'll see if I can get it going or not before this summer is up.
And of course, me and Drew B. are playing around SoCal this summer, so be on the lookout for a show near you!
